[TASK] Need someone to help me convert a fully functional C# .NET Framework 4.8 application to .NET 8.0

As the topic says, I need a little bit of help

I need someone to take over the development of an already fully functional software programmed in C#. Without revealing too much of the software it is a pretty straight forward software that utilizes networking and file systems.

Moving forward I want to use this application in windows, macOS and (maybe) linux which means I have to convert it and sadly dont have the time for it. You will also have to sign a NDA and send me a portfolio or similar of your previous work.

I need this done in about 2 weeks of time.

To summarize:

- I have a functional software that needs to be converted to a newer .NET version.
- The software currently runs on Windows and I want it to run on other platforms, hence the converting.
- You need to sign a NDA before getting the source code and start the work.
- Looking for a skilled programmer that is honest, have communication skills and will not ghost. 
- I prefer a long time arrangement because there will be upcoming work.
