[Task] Twitch Clip to Tiktok editor

Good day everyone,

I need someone that can take Twitch clips (provided by me), cut them up to keep them engaging, change horizontal to vertical layout and then add captions (recommend capcut for free auto-captions). Those videos will be uploaded to Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube Shorts by me.

For me, it takes about 10-15 minutes (im pretty inexperienced, so you might be able to do it faster.

I recommend using a PC, but the capcut app on smartphones works too (might take longer).

I can pay around $1+ PER VIDEO. I will need around 3-10 Videos per day on average.
