Dumb question. Will The Companions try to unalive Serana if I join them?

So I just went through the Dawnguard quest line and kept Serana as a follower. I’m about to do the Companions quest line. I’ve never kept Serana as a follower and I just want to know if the companions will try to unalive her if I join them. Or will they reject me because of her? I’ve never done it this way before. Usually I have one of the housecarl’s stay with me, mainly Lydia.
