Has anyone seen this before?

I think this is just a glitch since I searched the flame atronach INSTANTLY when it died and when I equip it nothing happens, there is no armor that gets removed/added from/to my character so I know it’s not one of the added quest mods or anything like that I have installed but was just curious if anyone has come across this too. (Ps5 btw)
