Ski length?

I am 5’8 and have been skiing all my life. I would place my ability at around intermediate, but my local hill that i mainly ski at is almost entirely blue runs so i dont have much experience on black runs other than the 2-3 at my local hill. Up until now ive been using a set of skis that are 162cm. I recently picked up a new pair at 170cm. Is that too big of a jump?
