My New Rig

I got into simracing this summer with a scrap wood rig and g920 just for a new experience and to help prepare myself for real driving. But, I realized I loved just lapping tracks on my own and racing AI (now experimenting with online). I tried out a new simracing café near me (huge shoutout to the amazing people at FlatOut SimRacing in Glen Rock, PA) and realized how amazing better gear can be, so I invested just a little bit more $$ into the hobby.

I took advantage of MicroCenter's holiday bundle and sales to build a computer just before Christmas and my rig just after. Took a total of ~45-50 hours combined to build and set up the computer and rig. Still figuring out all of the tech stuff lol (running RaceRoom [free version, not very often] AC, ACC, BeamNG, and FM8 [through XBOX app]). AC and BeamNG have been giving me trouble because I want to mod them for more variety, but only found a few good ones so far.

I have just a few questions for everyone in the community: 1. Seating position/seat issues - when braking there is heavy friction between my lower back and seat (Corbeau FX1 Pro) that feels like my spine is rubbing/being pushed against the hard back of the seat, even through the fabric making it uncomfortable. Picture will be posted as a comment I took off the butt pad and removed the velcro to access behind the seat fabric and found no foam behind it and the plastic shell is gritty on the inside, covered in a sand like substance that comes off onto my hand when touched. There is also a crunching/crinkling noise behind the fabric of the seat that sounds like mushing an empty plastic bag in your hand. 2. Game suggestions - looking at maybe getting AMS2 at some point, played F1 24 on XBOX so maybe getting that on Steam since I enjoyed it; interested in IRacing/RaceRoom, but $$ is a constraint (also waiting for AC Evo); modding suggestions for AC and BeamNG. If anyone has any suggestions for non-racing games, I'm open to those too as I've barely played on PC before.
