Fanatec RMA process or expirence is not good
Anyone have experience with Fanatec repair process? They received my still in warranty non fuctioning GT DD Pro 9 business days ago and I’ve yet to get notified if they plan to repair or replace it. Any advice appreciated. RMA was shipped to Texas, US.
Tech support in Fanatec Germany has been fairly responsive but it's clear they too are not getting status from the Texas team.
Very frustrated Fanatec customer - guess it's too early for Corsair to have fixed this part of the process.
