NLR Formula Lite Pro vs F-GT Lite

I am very new to all this and was going to buy my first rig and the F-GT lite seemed like a nice option and I was going to primarily use it for the formula mode. Especially with the fact that you can get the iRacing edition at Dell for $274 and it comes with a free iRacing subscription for a year which is pretty sweet.

They released the Formula Lite Pro like 2 days ago however and I guess it seems to be more suited towards what I'll be doing but there is no iRacing edition so I'd have to buy my own separate subscription so I was wondering which one to get
