stay at home mom side hustle (can commit multiple hours per day)

I work full-time as an IT Technician (i connect cables, troubleshoot physical problems, set up wifi/PCs for businesses). My girlfriend was in a serious car accident a few years ago, leaving her unable to work full-time. We're looking for side hustle ideas that are physically manageable and can generate a decent income.

She has plenty of free time at home and enjoys playing phone games. We've already delved into the "casino app" idea. Any suggestions for low-impact, high-reward side hustles?

She has a child, who I DEEPLY care about, and the future looks grim and terrifying (USA). I would literally work 10000 hour weeks and never sleep if it meant that my daughter would be okay financially in the future.
