Ripped my property manager a new one today

Tried to give me a telling off for contacting our landlord (whom we happen to know and actually put us onto her house when it came up for lease 2 years ago). For context our dishwasher hasn't been working for 2 months now, apparently the landlord bought a new one weeks ago but we have been waiting on the real estate plumber to come and fit it... but apparently they are back logged. This is due to recent storms in our area which caused a lot of roof damage, (not sure why this would cause plumbers to be back logged). The awning wrapping the outside of half the house which was like a perspex material had shattered due to the hail, which was the main reason I had reached out to the landlord as someone came to look at quoting its repair over 3 weeks ago and i havent heard anything since from the realestate, i followed up with them when it had been 2 weeks and my email has gone unanswered...
