Alevism or Anatolian Turkish Alevism, is an Islamic branch from Anatolia, created on the theachings of "12 Great Writters" from the Anatolian literature. Admiring Ali is the greatest similarity between Alevism and Shia Islam. They distinc themselves from Shia Islam.
