Sharpening

Im having trouble sharpening my knife. Im able to do one side really well, keeping the same angle on the knife and developing a burr. But when I switch the side of knife it starts to feel weird an unnatural and im having trouble keeping an angle and developing a burr

Any tips on how I can improve it or is it something in my technique and If so what should I do differently
