Dan A4 H2O Air Cooled CPU Best Option

Hey everyone, recently got a msi suprim liquid x 4090 and have switched over to an air cooler for my cpu. I went with the axp90-53, as a previous build on here used it, and the temps were fine with my undervolted 7700x, but the noise from turbulence with the panel on is unbearable. Anyone know of a solution or the best air cooler for my build? Using lpx g skill ram and aorus b650i motherboard. Really appreciate the help on this one.
