Sobriety
Sobriety is possible from ice, I am now 6 years and 1 months clean, it's been a slow build up, but I'm on my way to finally owning a car and hopefully getting my own place. It took me 6 years to fall back in love with myself I used to have severe low self esteem and now I'm more reserved and understanding of others including myself than I have ever been before. I still go thru spurts of paranoia and wanted to ask people who are sober what did u do so I were not paranoid anymore ?
