Scuf Envision keeps disconnecting.

Any one got any fix for this, had my controller for about a month now and having issues this passed week and not its unusable. My controller is constantly disconnecting. I've tried installing the software fresh but nothing helps. I dont even have to be using the controller for it to keep disconnecting, just sat on my desk and it will keep doing it.
