What should I read if I like...

Hope this isn't against the rules of the sub, I didn't see anything about it.

Recent books I've enjoyed:

• The Ferryman
• Silo series
• Project Hail Mary
• The Martian

I just bought "The Terraformers" and "Sand" by Hugh Howey.

3 Body Problem is interesting and I liked the show but the book itself seemed too dense and written for an eastern audience. I'm sure it is great I'm just not sure if I could power through it. I love sci-fi and fantasy but not overly dense writing. Any authors and books that are must reads based on above?
