Expenses and Income Expectation in SA Riyadh

I have some questions, as some one with looming opportunity in Riyadh what should be expected salary for a position in tech having more than 6 years FAANG experience and European nationality.
is 30k SAR realistic expectation per month?
Secondly a family with two kids both school going, what are the good neighbourhoods to live in and what are annual/monthly expenses? Rent, Insurances, Bills, Transport etc.
