Can someone film your property with a drone without your permission?

I was cleaning up my yard after having a family get together on Monday when I heard and saw a drone filming where I was cleaning and then flying around the rest of our small acreage as well as our neighbours on both sides. Whoever did this without asking is a bit of a creep.
