Red Tide/Bioluminescence happening right now?

This is a question for you coastal people. I saw a video of the neon blue waves aka the Red Tide or Bioluminescence and they said it was happening now. I live pretty far inland so I don’t want to drive all the way to the coast tonight if it’s not actually happening. If it is, where’s the best spot to see it?
