Working after 7 years

Hi everyone.
I’m mainly just coming here to vent and possibly cry my frustrations out. I’m a SAHM to 3 kids. My two older ones are in school. Kindergarten and first grade. My youngest starts Pre-K after the summer. I’ve been applying to 15-20 jobs a day trying to find something remote because we can’t afford insurance on the marketplace (950$) or through my husbands job (1186$). I haven’t even been able to get an interview and every single job says it’s because I have a 7 year gap in my employment history. Has anyone returned to work after this? How did you get hired?
