one room in Carytown 650$ (February)

i have a bedroom theres a shared bathroom but itll basically be yours since the downstairs roommate is never ever home. its in carytown next to kroger. rent is 650$ and covers utilities and wifi. preferably no pets. the other two roommates are very quiet but we have guest in the living room and drink.
