CS SUMMER CLASS AT COMMUNITY COLLEGE QUESTION

Can I take a CS elective at a community college over the summer? For example, I see that a community college is offering CS210, can I take it over the summer? If so, is there a credit limit to how many major classes I can transfer over? I've already transferred over discrete 1, calc 2 and gen physics 2 since I took them all at a CC last summer.
