Chances for Livi Apartments

was just wondering what are the chances for livi apartments if we have 3 rising juniors, 1 rising senior? obviously no lottery # yet but curious of the chances?

also heard from others that if you declare you have certain allergies/special accommodations you are somehow guaranteed a spot? if someone knows about this can you explain? thank you
