Advice on how to get through the TMS journey
Just asking for advice on any practical tips to help make the process of treatment more manageable and comfortable?
What about something like those migraine ice pack caps?
Any other suggestions that help to soother of make the journey a bit easier?
I’m feeling a bit out of sorts and sore and dizzy since mapping two days ago. So feeling a little worried and nervous about how difficult this is going to be.
