trying to refuse or cancel delivery

i ordered a dutch oven but i’ve been trying to contact the seller about delivery updates and haven’t gotten through to anyone. all i’ve got is the confirmation email saying i paid. the shop is called nouvva i bought it on their website and it’s based in the uk so i didn’t think it’d take long. weeks go by im emailing them and still nothing. i open a dispute with my bank saying i still haven’t gotten it and surprise they ship out the item. i dont want it because if there’s any issues with it i can’t reach them and im not taking any risks. i still can’t reach them and ive tried their social media’s too.

i made it so that i have to go pick up the item so if i dont collect it will it send it back to them and i get my money back or should i go to the post office refuse the parcel and explain what’s happening. i can’t reach them no matter how many emails i send them and i dont know what else i can do.
