Mic Latency Issues with Streamer X

Hello all,

I recently purchased a Streamer X to use to replace my current setup which was an Elgato HD60X and Zoom L-8. However, upon testing the Streamer X, I hear there is some considerable latency when using my headset, which is an Audio-Technica BPHS1 which uses seperate XLR for mic and 1/4 for headphones. It's not too much, probably like ~20ms, but it is enough to distract me. My Zoom L-8 has never had this issue.

I saw on the website that there should be zero latency with mic monitoring, however that's just simply not the case with my unit. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue, and if there is a potential fix? Thanks for reading.

UPDATE: I decided to return the Streamer X. There were a number of issues with it besides the latency problem, mainly having to do with the buggy software. It's a shame, having an all in one audio / video interface sounds great in theory but this device just ended up causing more issues than solving.
