is there any serverside chat scripts

hello i used to exploit and use serversides back then (sinner if ykyk), i was wondering if anyone still had a serverside chat script that would allow you to chat as anyone, it would appear in chat and in-game. also, it would be appreciated if anyone had admin scripts in general
