Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Profiling
My roastery just picked up a bag of some Yirgacheffe. Looking for some input on profiles. We roast on a Coffee Crafters Valenta 7 with Artisan software through a Hermetheus Auto-pilot control module. Hot and fast? Low and slow? I'm shooting for the hot and fast. If you have experience with the Yirg, would love to hear it! Thanks!
