Where should I stop

I am making a trip to Philadelphia from Miami. I have to leave Miami at 9PM on Wednesday which makes timing the trip difficult because many places I would’ve stopped (ex/ Savannah or Charleston) it’ll be passing by too early. I want to stop to see the St Augustine Christmas Lights around 1:30AM but I also want to stop in Raleigh to visit one of my favorite restaurants. The issue is that the restaurant doesn’t open til 11AM and I am slated to arrive there likely around 9:30AM.

Where else could I make a fun stop in between st Augustine and Raleigh given the time of night/morning it will be?
