Coming from dota 2 I cant understand why people play this game

I like mobas never played league before and was trying it for the last week. This game has 0 QOL features to help new players. I cant understand why I cannot see the powers that every champion has in game, I just want to be able to know what they do and what CD they have in downtime (death). Also, the portraits change with skins and finding the name of the champion is also very troublesome. And client bro, I mean … it is a joke. Game is very fun and flashy tho it definitely has some charm.
