Might be having PTSD

Hey guys. I had rhabdo a month ago. My CK levels were like 5000, but now they are within the norm. I would like to get back to the gym but I'm scared I might be developing PTSD. I'm worried that if I push myself again I will get rhabdo once more. I'm also worried that after each session, I will for sure experience soreness, but knowing me and how much of hypochondriac I am, I will definitely be thinking that I might have rhabdo again. How can I make sure to not fall into this vicious cycle and get back to training like I once was ?
