I'm buying an rp5, help?

Hello, I'm now looking to buy an rp5 I have read a lot but i still have 2 main questions

1) is it safe? Like... I'm kinda scares to buy something not from Amazon... Will it arrive? What if something happens? Do they have an actual functioning customer service?

2) what about the games? Do i have to do something or does it arrive already pre-loaded with games?
