Thinking About Buying A SEGA What Games Should I Get With It?

Never had a SEGA, nor Dreamcast. Which console should I get, why? As well as what games should I get to play with it. Getting Rocket Knight for sure and some MegaMan but other than that I'm at a loss.

Any good rpgs for SEGA or Roguelites?
