Fetal alcohol syndrome

I’ve looked through Steph’s instagram to look at Drew’s oldest son. I’m sorry but I personally do NOT see any indication of fetal alcohol syndrome. He has zero markers. So why does she say this about him??!! I don’t get it. Also why does drew have custody?
