Top soil

Hi guys so I’ve used the same topsoil for my reptiles enclosure I always bake my topsoil before using. today I went to buy more and it looks normal but I notice a bunch of these and I squeezed one and it popped I’m assuming it’s snail eggs. Even after baking they’re popping. Should I get rid of the whole back and start over or do you guys think it’s safe? I don’t want my pet to be hurt or a bunch of snails in the enclosure.
