Religions which believe God is evil

I’m looking to explore religions that believe life was founded by a malevolent force. I heard of some interesting ones such as archons, or where God is actually the devil and satan is a good guy, I’m just curious if anyone here has a belief along the lines of that? I’m not convinced the most popular religions with monotheistic God has one that is kind and merciful so I’m looking for something that has a different take.
