My husband is googling about falling out of love

My 31m husband has been googling about falling out of love

I (28f) was using the computer and saw that my husband (31m) googled “reasons why husbands fall out of love with their wives” and other related topics.

We have been together for almost 7 years and have 2 children together (2 years and 6mo). Recently I expressed feeling isolated, lonely, ugly, and just overall not great mentally. He proceeded to say it’s normal for a mom of my age and that there isn’t anything he can do and basically I’m a mom and need to get over it.

And then he proceeded to turn it back onto him saying he is resented and unliked by a lot of people but he doesn’t care because he knows he is better and likes himself so it’s fine.

After seeing his search history I am just very unsure about the integrity of our relationship. Is he unhappy? Is it my fault? What do I do? Do I leave? How do I even begin to discuss this with him?

Any help, advice, tips etc is appreciated thank you!
