Best diet for RPL

I know responses to this will definitely vary, but I am curious if anyone found switching up their diet made a difference in future pregnancies.

I have read “It Starts With the Egg” and implemented some of the recipes/suggestions.

However, I know the author also suggests that keto or dairy free and gluten free can lead to success for some people with a history of RPL.

After 3 losses, I am willing to try anything. Weight loss would be an added advantage as I hardly recognize myself anymore and none of my clothes fit.
