High CPU - WinVnc4Server.exe

I'm experiencing very high CPU usage WinVnc4 ver 4.6.3 for a NT4 workstation. I had already disable "Poll Desktop Mode" restarted workstation and still having High CPU for this WinVnc4Server process. Is there anything else I can check?
