Guitar Teacher Recommendation

Hi,

I'm looking at getting an electric guitar teacher and am pretty much a complete beginner. I'd be looking to learn theory alongside songs. Influences are generally in the rock and alternative rock genres however I'm open to playing and learning pretty much all types of music.

Does anyone have any recommendations for local teachers who are reasonably priced, would likely be looking to get lessons fortnightly
