Local bicycle store for tall people?

I saw a lot of bicycle shop recommendations searching old posts here but nothing specific to tall people looking to get a custom bike. I am 6'8" and ~300lbs and considering getting a custom bike to fit me. Have any tall folk here done this and have recommendations for local shops that are better suited to someone my size?
