Has anyone ever had their birds all attack, a single bird pecking out eyes and turning the top of their head into hamburger meat? She was given a high dose of pain medication and culled. 🕊️

Any reasons why this happened? I had 4 birds from the same clutch. All females. 4ft coop. Constant access to food and water. Hides. Eggs pulled regularly.
