Puppy not drinking water

Hi all, we got a cavoodle puppy about a week ago, he’s 9 weeks today. Things have been..challenging 😅 but anyways, one thing that we noticed is that it’s very hard to get him to drink any water. He forgets about it, and when we remind him, he drinks very little or nothing at all. He likes ice cubes, so I’ve been giving him some water in that way, but still.. we’ve tried different bowls too, nothing changes. he’s super healthy and happy puppy. any advice? Why is he like that?
