How do I get my puppy out of my bed?

Our pup is 7 months old and went into heat about 3 weeks ago. She was doing okay in her crate before that time, some nights she would need a little more persuading but overall she would she in her crate until 6am and then come into our bed until we got up at 7:30am for her walk. When she started her cycle she got so clingy, which I know is normal but she would get SO upset and anxious if we tried to put her to bed in her crate so we let her sleep with us to help her feel comfortable as she must have been so confused as to what was happening. She was supposed to be spayed the week her cycle started but we had to reschedule of course. We have even trying to transition her back to her crate and it is going horribly. I even put the crate beside our bed and she just cries and barks. Will this end when her cycle ends? I don’t know what to do, we are hoping to have a baby soon so I don’t want the puppy to be staying in our bed long term. If I leave her in the living room she will just scrape at our door also. Any advice??
