Clothing business

Hi all,

I am looking to setup a small website to sell clothes that I am interested in. When I get in touch with any manufacturers, they outright refuse as they only do bulk orders.

As I am not sure if anyone would even like what I am planning to sell, bulk orders seems risky. Are you guys aware of anyone who would be ok to manufacture small quantities?
