Trophies do not sync to PSN

Hello everyone. for a long while, I had this issue where my account does not sync the trophies I earned from any ps3 games at all, like for example, in offline mode the trophies I gained are actually unlocked and can be seen in offline mode, but when you go to online mode and sync the trophies, the only thing that is added is just the game's name on the list, while the progress bar is at 0 even though it should not be, and does not show unlocked trophies. I am in desperate need for help.
