Food Truck Movie Night Help

I own an outdoor event venue in South Florida with a portion for food trucks and we thought it’d be really cool to start showing movies/sports while people hangout on Saturday.

I need some help finding a setup with Projector and Screen that coincide with what I’m working with below:

-Large and clear enough to be viewed at 100ft -Still visible with ambient string lighting around - Handle some sudden weather changes in time for me to save it (Its hot, or windy, or suddenly sprinkles rain out of nowhere, dusty from the rocked layout) - Compatable with Bluetooth speaker - We don’t have wifi there yet but will soon - Versatile (could also use it for weddings, parties, rallys, meetings with presentation possibly during the day) -hopefully not dumb expensive lol
