Parking with high soc

I was wondering if parking a prius with about 58-63% SOC is covering up any issues, i always leave the car after it has charged itself or i leave it with about 58-63% i have never parked it below 50% and my battery does show some weak cells, would the car throw codes during driving if the cell was posing an issue or would it make note of it if it was parked at low SOC? I had the “check hybrid system” warning come on when i was doing my EGR service (months ago) which was a few days of the car sitting maybe 4 days but it hasn’t come back since
