Dreaded Hybrid System, 182k miles… mysterious codes

Update: replaced 12v. Nothing substantial changed. Had it towed to Toyota dealership. Inverter. They are rebuilding it for free (after the class action lawsuit, they extended warranty to 2032 or something?). I’m thrilled! No cost to me. Hybrid battery is fine … for now!

I received the dreaded hybrid system alert and pulled over almost immediately (luckily this happened on my street!). It’s a 2012 Prius with 182k miles. It’s been a fantastic car. Original hybrid battery.

Here are the codes I’m getting: P0A1A C1310 C1259 P3004

Tested 12V and it was pulling 11.7-12.

The car won’t start. The codes were kind of confusing. There are no outstanding recalls (verified VIN with dealer).

Thank you so much for any input! Dealer wants me to have it towed there. He said it was likely the hybrid battery. Given the miles, that makes sense. Would like to troubleshoot what makes sense before having it towed.
