How to stop extensions from going to second monitor?

I might need to take this to a Mac OS thread, but I wanted to try here first. When I’m using two monitors on a macbook, pop up windows go to the second display. However, this only happens to extensions. When I am in full screen on premiere with Mac OS, extension pop ups go to the second screen. This does not happen when using one monitor. For example, if I have one monitor with premiere in full screen, it will not take me to another desktop on Mac OS to show me the pop up window. So is there anyway for me to make the pop up window show where premiere is with two screens?
